HSC Enrolments 2014 at Randwick

Please come to the Information Session

Tuesday 21st January 2014:

  • 10:00am Year 12 in Building A Level 2 room 11/12
  • 1:00pm Year 11 in Building A Level 2 room 11/12
Randwick TAFE Cnr King St and Darley Road, Randwick.
Parking in Darley Road.
Take the 372 bus from Central Station to Randwick Racecourse.


Besides enrolment and payment, the purpose of this information session is for final subject selection, interview, disability assessment and English pre test.

Before you come, download the relevant application document below and fill it in. HSC + Year 12. Preliminary HSC = Year 11.

Also, download the draft timetable and the checklist and bring them with you plus any evidence of Yr 10 completions, Yr 11 and any HSC subjects completed and a passport photo.

3. This will take you to the online registration page- follow the prompts.

Note: Students must attend every lesson of their chosen subject each week.
Note: Only Business Studies, PDHPE, Maths Ext.1 and Maths Ext. 2 offered at night. Limited places available in other subjects.


The compulsory All My Own Work modules are found here: AMOW. A printout of the quiz results must be handed in at enrolment in January 2014.


Warning Letters:
  • If you fail to attend all classes regularly you will be issued with Attendance Warning letters. If you receive 2 Warning letters then you may be withdrawn from the course. Documentary evidence for your absence must be hand delivered to the HSC coordinator in room A1.19b as soon as you return to TAFE.
  • If you miss an Assessment Task a Warning letter will be issued. If you get 2 Warning letters then you may be withdrawn from the course. Documentary evidence must be hand delivered to the HSC coordinator in room A1.119b as soon as you return to TAFE. You are required to complete over 50% of the assessment tasks otherwise you could be withdrawn from the course.




Information for potential students under 17 years of age

If you are under 17 and do not have your Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or other year 10 equivalent qualification you need to speak to your school principal before starting HSC at TAFE. Transfers from school system to TAFE NSW are initiated by your school principal.

If you are 17 the Education Act requires that you are in fulltime study or employment or a combination of part time work and study.
